The acquisition of the Amada ENSIS 3015 AJ (6kW) Fiber Laser significantly expands our group’s capacity for high-speed precision cutting and complex metal fabrication.
As a core manufacturing hub within the MBI Industrial Manufacturing Group, this strategic investment allows us to push the boundaries of high-speed precision cutting. For our customers, this means we can now handle more complex geometries and heavier gauges with the same Canadian-made quality you’ve come to expect.
Advanced 6kW Fiber Technology
The ENSIS 3015 AJ is engineered to handle the full spectrum of industrial fabrication needs, from intricate prototypes to heavy-duty production runs.

Variable Beam Control: Amada’s proprietary ENSIS technology automatically adjusts the laser beam’s diameter and mode based on the material. This allows for continuous processing of thin-to-thick materials without the downtime of manual lens changes or hardware setups.

Throughput & Acceleration: Featuring 1.4g acceleration across the entire work area, the system minimizes “cut-to-cut” transition times. This high-speed motion translates directly into increased parts-per-hour and faster project turnarounds.

Material Versatility: The 6kW resonator provides the power necessary for clean, high-precision cuts in stainless steel and aluminum (up to 1″ thick), while maintaining the stability required for copper, brass, and titanium.
